Rotating Showcase: Do you own a business or public space that could benefit from local artist showcasing? With our Rotating Showcase, local businesses display a particular artist's work for a 3 month cycle at the conclusion of which, the featured artist changes creating an engaging atmosphere for employees and clients alike! Supporting local artists is a great way to not only liven up your business space, but also engage with your community. Email us for information on how to be included in the rotation!
Purchase/ Order Art: We can connect you with a network of local artists that is sure to fulfill the needs of any creative project! Artists may have currently completed artwork, prints, or commission opportunities available. There is a local artist for any project!
Mural Options: Whether commercial or residential, murals are a great way to create a truly unique atmosphere. Maryville Arts District offers excellent rates and packages for both interior and exterior murals of any scale.
Group Classes: Does your local business suffer from slow hours or lack of foot traffic? If so, our group classes may be exactly what you need to get new, and returning customers in the door! Through this program, we support local businesses by hosting painting events with 5-20 participants during their slow hours. This is both a fun and effective way to increase business and your business' relationship with the community. At just $10 per person, participants will have money to spend on your products while they paint! A great option for bars, cafe's, diners, etc.
Interior: Interior murals begin at $15 a square foot with payment plans available upon negotiation. A 25% deposit is required for the cost of materials in order to begin the project.
Exterior: Due to the difference in material needs and potential hazards involved in exterior murals, our rates begin at $20-$25 per square foot for exterior murals. Payment plans available. A 25% deposit is required for the cost of materials in order to begin the project.
Textured Surface Murals (Interior or Exterior): Textured surfaces normally require a much higher cost in supplies to cohesively fill any pores or else the quality of the mural suffers as a whole. The rate for any mural on a textured surface including but not limited to brick, stone, masonry, siding, spackle, unfinished wood "popcorn" texture etc. will yield an additional $5-$10 charge per square foot.
Community: We are open to discussions for considering possible discounts on our normal mural rates in the opportunity of a publicly sponsored project for the city or a charity.
Every mural is different! The rates above are representative of beginning rates, so some projects of increased difficulty may require more time or skill to perform. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions about our mural options and rates!
